Andre Krige

Andre Krige is a passionate property developer who started his property career in 2004 after a brief stint in London where he worked in finance.

His passion for property and his entrepreneurial attitude brought him back to Cape Town, where he now sees a great deal of opportunity in the CBD and surrounds. With his business background and a Stellenbosch University Honours Degree in Business, he applied his skills to lifestyle and urban property development. He was immediately drawn to the evolution of the beautiful city landscape.

“What I love about property is that it allows me to be innovative and creative. Property usage changes with time and property development enables me to bring a vision to life.”

With his vision of the property world becoming more about the user experience and social interaction, he is inspired to create living spaces that are extensions of its residents; Spaces that live and breathe with the city around it. UrbanOn was born out of this desire to build remarkable developments that are geared towards connecting people.

With his impressive creative flair, skillful foresight, and a team who shares his strong passion for innovation and quality, UrbanOn Developments is ready to take the Cape Town urban living space to new heights.

Warren Adler

“Create an environment where people want to do business with you…”

Speaking to Warren Adler, you realise that very little of the impressive success that he has achieved at a relatively young age has been by chance. He has made things happen, not by sitting on the sidelines waiting for luck and timing, but rather by forging his future with his own hands. An intrepid entrepreneur at heart with a keen eye for property development, he is passionate about what he does and will not embark on a project unless he is passionate about it. He is motivated by people, driven by a profound internal energy and is uncompromising in the pursuit of his vision.

From an early age Warren Adler began dabbling in property development and restoration. One successful acquisition, led to the next and he now holds numerous landmark sites under his belt; the likes of which include a boutique hotel in the heart of Cape Town’s burgeoning CBD as well as two residential blocks in the city’s discerning Southern Suburbs that have been heralded as trailblazers in their form and design.

Adler’s enigmatic persona is what takes you on the journey along with him as he describes the process of creating a sustainable relationship with each and every encounter that he makes; from the architect that he finds an invaluable synergy with, to the end client who is supported and guided by hand long after the keys have been handed over to them.

This holistic approach to development begins in a unique journey of inspiration for each project. By heading to New York and emerging himself in the heart of property culture there, he soaked in the latest lifestyle trends and building nuances. This was the precursor to Adler’s latest voyage into the heart of the Southern Suburbs; Crescent Road, a boutique residential development earmarked to be the return of the mansion block.

The property mogul has worked closely over the years alongside the likes of globally successful entrepreneurs such as Jonathan Beare and Colin Cowie and counts them as personal friends and mentors. By living the motto “Always remain a student,” he has aligned himself with just the right teachers that have given him the inspiration to forge a set of ethics and business savvy that make for a formidable force. Warren Adler is determined and dedicated, filled with just the right balance of quiet humility and an ambitious hunger that is set to be another great South African luminary on the rise.
